i. Brief introduction of the vertical sausage stuffer

New gearing system enables the user to release the plunger for quick and easy re-filling.

With 4 specification stainless steel funnel.

 

ii. Operation

1) Wash the parts which contact with the food directly, arrange the funnel and prepare the casing

2) Turn it clockwise to make the pistol out of the cylinderfast speed – big gear-axle

3) Pull out the cylinder add material, then put the cylinder back

4) Turn it clockwise to make the pistol into the cylinderslow speed – small gear-axle

 

iii. Repair & maintenance

1) Take off the cylinder and pistol after washing them clearly

2) Wipe the body with cloth

3) Add oil to the gear and rack twice before using the machine
